ORDER
This application is filed to withdraw O.P.No.287 of 2016 from Family Court, Vijayawada and transfer the same to Family Court, Guntur.
2. Wife filed this application. According to her affidavit, her marriage with respondent was solemnized on 08.11.2014 at Mary Matha Temple, Gunadala, Vijayawada, as per Christian customs and rites. She stated that within 10 days of marriage, respondent and his family members started harassing her both physically and mentally and due to harassment, she lodged a complaint with Women Police Station, Nagarampalem, Guntur, and police filed charge sheet before V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur in C.C.No.482 of 2015, which is now pending before Special Mobile Magistrate, Guntur. She further stated that she also filed DVC No.13 of 2016 and O.P.No.51 of 2016 for restitution of conjugal rights and also filed O.P.No.52 of 2016 for custody of movables and all these cases are pending at Guntur. She stated that respondent intentionally filed O.P.
No.287 of 2016 before Family Court, Vijayawada and that it is difficult for her to appear and defend that case. She further stated that she is now working as Assistant Professor at IIIT, Idupulapaya, YSR Kadapa District. For these reasons, she prayed for transfer of O.P., from Family Court, Vijayawada to Family Court, Guntur.
3. This Court permitted the petitioner to take personal notice to respondent through registered post with acknowledgment due and
file proof of service. In compliance of the said order, advocate for petitioner filed memo on 25.06.2016 stating that notice sent to respondent was served on him. Along with the memo, postal acknowledgment is filed. In spite of service of notice, respondent neither appeared in person nor through any advocate.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, O.P.No.287 of 2016 is withdrawn from Family Court, Vijayawada and transferred to Family Court, Guntur, for disposal in accordance with law.
6. The Transfer C.M.P. is ordered accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _______________ S. RAVI KUMAR, J 15th July, 2016 sj
