THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.7752 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent more particularly 5th respondent in not certifying the service register of the petitioner in pursuance of the notification, dated 04-09-2011 issued by the 3rd respondent.

This Court, vide order, dated 20-03-2012 directed the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to forthwith issue service certificate to the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that after issuance of service certificate, the petitioner appeared for interview and she was selected to the post of Clerk. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
