No representation for petitioner.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "....Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in summoning the Petitioner to the police station Golconda, without any crime having been registered upto date thereby causing lot of physical strain, mental agony and psychological upset as the intention of the Respondent No.3 is to harass the Petitioner herein for a consideration which is beyond the comprehension of the Petitioner herein, as arbitrary, illegal, unlawful, unwarranted and against the principles of natural justice and violative of Article 21 of Constitution of India..."

On 20.06.2013, the following interim order was passed by this Court:

"In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall not be summoned to the Police Station without there being a crime registered against him."

The grievance of the petitioner is substantially answered through the interim order dated 20.06.2013.

Therefore, the interim order is made as final order in the writ petition and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
