...RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for disposal of the Crl. Appeal No. 138 of 2022 on the file of Xll Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District at L.B.Nagar, from 3 months to 9 months, in the interest of justice. This petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon reading the order daled 20.12.2022 in W.P.No.41414 of 2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. S. Vani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Assistant Ggvernment Pleader for Home appearing for

the Respondent Nos.'l to 4 & Sri. L. HarLsh, learned counsel for respondent No.5, the Court made the following: ORDER Heard Mr. Eshwar, learned counsel, representing Ms. S. Vani, Iearned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and Mr. L. Harish, learned counsel for respondent No.S. By order dated 20.12.2022 in W.P. No.41414 ol 2022, this Court directed the official respondents to dispose of Appeal No.138 of 2022 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of thereof. The instant application is filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for disposal of Appeal No.138 of 2022 lrom three (3) months to nine (9) months.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks extension of time for a further period of three (3) months for disposal of appeal submitting that Ms. S. Vani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the trial Court, has suffered a heart stroke and was admitted in the hospital recently, taking bed rest as per the Doctor's advice and requires regular medical checkup. ln the circumstances, the application is allowed granting a total period of five (5) months time for disposal of Appeal No.138 of 2022 on the file of Xll Additional District and Sessions Judge, L.B.
