THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11194 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent University in not considering the petitioner representation for absorbing into the cadre post of faculty in the category of Assistant Professor in Department of Education as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14, 16 & 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent University to absorb the petitioner into the regular service forthwith in the category of Assistant Professor with all consequential fixation of pay."

2. Heard Sri Umasankar Lokanadham, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri B.Raj Kiran, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 11.02.2016 to the respondent herein and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far and a copy of the same is also placed on record. It is further requested by the learned counsel that necessary direction may be issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.

4. Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the

petitioner, directing the respondent herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 11.02.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 06.04.2016 SS
