The petitioner/party-in-person addressed letter, dated 26.12.2019, to the Registry stating that he wants to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law and he accordingly seeks permission of the Court to do so. The letter dated 26.12.2019 is placed on record.

Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
