THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.5924 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging O.P.No.1953 of 2011 dated 31.01.2012 passed by the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Aggrieved by the very same order dated 31.01.2012, the present civil revision petition is filed on various grounds. However, it is informed by the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, that O.P.No.1953 of 2011 was disposed of on 26.09.2013. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous. In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
