HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1322 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the fact that charge sheet is filed against the petitioners and some other accused, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the request of counsel for petitioners, the appearance of petitieorns/A2 to A8 in C.C.No. 29 of 2015 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial court requires their attendance. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
