The petitioner, who was working as a Field Assistant, has been placed under suspension by the 2nd respondent District Water Management Centre and Additional District Programme Coordinator, dated 31.12.2014. Instead of keeping this writ petition pending, it would be more appropriate to direct the respondents to conduct the inquiry and complete the same, duly following the procedure and adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and for any reason other than non-cooperation of the petitioner, the inquiry is not completed, the petitioner shall stand reinstated without prejudice to continue the inquiry. The final orders shall be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of after hearing learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (Andhra Pradesh).
