Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1. 3.
This Court, while admitting the writ petition, granted interim order, dated 12.01.2009. The vacate petition was also dismissed on 03.08.2010. It appears, there was landlord-tenant dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. In view of the same, the writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the interim order.
4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order, dated 12.01.2009. However, the said interim order will be subject to further orders in the suit pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. This order will not preclude the Civil Court from proceeding with the suit.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
