THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5876 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner/A6 seeks regular bail in Crime No. 292/2016 of Nalgonda II Town Police Station, registered for the offences under Section 420 IPC and Section 12 of Pass Port Act, 1967 and Section 14A(b) of the Foreigners (Amendment) Act, 2004. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Investigating Officer is going to file charge sheet within fortnight and in the meanwhile if bail is granted, it would be difficult for the police to secure presence of the petitioner/A6 for further proceeding in the case.

Having regard to it, while dismissing the bail application, liberty is given to the petitioner/A6 to move bail application before the concerned Court after charge sheet is filed, in which case, the said Court shall dispose of his bail application on the same date on merits. _________________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO, J Date: 25.07.2017 KA
