Sri V.Surendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh case in the light of the deletion of a party as per the order passed by this Court on 19.01.2016.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
