This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 06.05.2011 on the file of learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC cum Additional Family Court cum XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad, in M.P.No.64 of 2011 in M.C. No.317 of 2010, wherein monthly maintenance of Rs.6,000/- was granted to the respondent No.1.
02. Sri T.Rama Chandra Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri K.Someswara Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State/Respondent No.2 are present.
03. It is submitted by Sri T.Rama Chandra Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been settled out of Court and petitioner requested to close the matter.
04. Same is recorded.
05. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed.
06. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order to as costs.
As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
