ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondent No.4 has been constructing a house without obtaining building permission from respondent Nos.1 to 3.

This Court by order, dated 21.03.2014, in WP.MP.No.9596 of 2014 has issued an interim direction to the effect that respondent No.4 shall not make any further construction pending further orders.

Respondent No.4 filed a counter affidavit, wherein she has inter alia pleaded that she was granted permission to construct Ground + first floor vide permission No.43530/DC/CZ/CIR-7/2015, dated 13.07.2015. Along with the counter affidavit, she has filed a copy of the building permission. At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Sri N.Rishi Kumar, learned counsel, representing Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the GHMC, has supported the averment in the counter affidavit that respondent No.4 has obtained building permission. In the light of the above subsequent event, the grievance with which the petitioner has filed this writ petition has ceased to exist. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 21.03.2014, shall stand vacated and WP.M.P.No.9596 of 2014 and WV.M.P.No.3831 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
