The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the inaction of the 5th respondent in taking any action on the petitioner's application with all required documents, dated 06.12.2017 for issuance of Pattadar Passbook for Ac.1.30 guntas in Sy.No. 235/ 4 in Ghanpur Village, Machareddy Mandal, Kamareddy Distirct, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has made an application on 06.12.2017 for issuance of Pattadar Passbook in respect of the above mentioned land, no orders have been passed on his application as on today.

It is represented by the learned Government Pleader that except the registered sale deed pertaining to the year 1981, no other documents have been produced by the petitioner to show that he is in possession of the schedule property. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is still in possession of the schedule property. 4.

Taking into consideration the rival arguments advanced by both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of with

consent, at the admission stage, directing the petitioner to submit all the relevant documents, along with a fresh application, before the 5th respondent, in which event, the 5th respondent shall deal with same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, taking into consideration the relevant circulars issued from time to time, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three to five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
