THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.5010 of 2013 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed assailing the intermediary order dated 21.08.2013 of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, passed in OS.no.1032 of 2008.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer cause list, the afore-said Suit itself was disposed of on 03.03.2014. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
