O R D E R

This civil revision petition arises out of the order dated 14.10.2015 passed in I.A.No.1666 of 2015 in O.S.No.193 of 2011 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Eluru.

It is now stated by Sri S. Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, that after the institution of the civil revision petition, the matter was settled out of court between the parties and a memo to that effect was also filed before the trial Court.

In the light of the afore-stated development, the civil revision petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. Interim order dated 16.12.2015 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
