ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned government pleader for Revenue.
2. Petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the second respondent in considering his request for extension of lease period for the Canteen at Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital, Hyderabad relying on Clause 5 of the terms of allotment, wherein it is stated that tenancy is extendable on mutual consent. For that purpose petitioner has already made an application dated 12.08.2015 to the second respondent.
3. Evidently, it is for the second respondent to consider the same and take appropriate decision in the matter preferably before the end of the existing tenancy period. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V.
