HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8503 & 8504 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8021 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.576 of 2017 of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 493, 420, 354-D IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
