HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO C.R.P. Nos.1876 and 2194 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:

It is represented by Sri Mahadeva, learned counsel representing Ms.K.Sampoorna, learned counsel for revision petitioners that the impugned orders covered by revision petitions are against the dismissal of E.A. Nos.34 and 37 of 2013 in E.A. No.140 of 2012 in E.P. No.1 of 2011 in O.S. No.18 of 2000 filed to recall PW.1 for further examination-in-chief for the purpose of marking the documents and to receive documents respectively and the claim petition itself finally disposed of and appeal also maintained against the same.

2) Having regard to the above, it is left open to the petitioners to avail the remedy under Section 105 C.P.C against the dismissal order of interim application in question in the revision, in the appellate Court.

3) The revision petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

4) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
