In this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner-M/s. Bhagyalakshmi Feed Mills seeks a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the title deeds of the petitioner's properties described in the writ petition as illegal, unjust and arbitrary and consequently for a direction to release the title deeds. 2) Heard arguments of Sri S.V.Muni Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri V.Raghu, learned counsel and Sri K.Lakshmi Narasimha, learned Standing Counsel for Andhra Bank for respondents. 3) During the course of hearing, learned counsel for petitioner by referring the order dated 09.07.2010 in W.P.No.

8482 of 2008 of this Court, would submit that when the present writ petitioner earlier filed aforementioned writ petition challenging the auction conducted by the respondent-Bank and in that context, during the hearing of writ petition, on the submission of learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 that the entire due amount was paid by the petitioner to the bank and the documents which were mortgaged were released to the petitioner, the said writ petition was closed. Learned counsel would further submit in view of the order passed in the earlier writ petition, there is no need to pass any order in the instant writ petition.

4) Learned counsel for respondents reported no objection for closing the writ petition.

5) Having regard to the above submission of learned counsel for petitioner and on perusal of copy of the order dated 09.07.1010 in W.P.No.8482 of 2008, this Writ Petition is closed as no further direction need to be issued. No costs.
