Heard Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri K.Lakshman, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for 1st respondent and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for respondents 2 and 3. The only grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner made an application on 10.07.2017 for granting of 'No Objection Certificate before the 2nd respondent. As no action is being taken, present Writ Petition is filed.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 10.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
