THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.14244 OF 2016 ORDER:

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court as and when cause of action arises.

Granting said liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
