ORDER

This writ petition is filed by a villager of Atchutapur Village, Yalal Mandal, Vikarabad District, seeking action against the 5th respondent-fair price shop dealer. It is his allegation that in spite of the representation made by the villagers to the District Collector, no action has been taken against the 5th respondent. This Court is not inclined to interfere with this type of litigation and it is for the authorities to take appropriate action, if they find any irregularities in the functioning of the 5th respondent, who is appointed as a fair price shop dealer, subject to the terms and conditions of authorization and the Control Order. In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit a representation to the authority concerned clearly specifying the irregularities committed by the 5th respondent. As and when such representation is received, it is for the authorities to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent.
