Crl.P. No.13458 of 2025 This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused to quash the proceedings in FIR No.205 of 2024 on the file of the Begumpet Police Station, Hyderabad for the offence under Section 420 IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties are intending to settle the matter and that the de-facto complainant filed I.A. No.2 of 2025 seeking to record the compromise in terms of the joint compromise memo and to quash the proceedings in the FIR against the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner is leaving the country by the end of this week.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that one of the parties is leaving the country by this weekend, both the parties are directed to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, today itself along with their respective counsel for identification and their willingness with regard to the terms of compromise.

The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, is directed to submit the report today itself and after receipt of the report from the Secretary, the compromise will be recorded today.
