Pursuant to the interim order passed on the previous date of hearing i.e., 2.2.2017, the students have been permitted to write the examinations. What remains is only the issue of order of affiliation. Once the University issues the order of affiliation, nothing further would remain to be done in these two cases. Therefore, with a direction to the University to comply with the previous order granting affiliation, both the writ petitions are closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
