Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if she is allowed to make fresh application in the light of the judgment, dated 30.12.2014, of this Court in W.P.No.9800 of 2013 and the connected petitions.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed. If any such application is made, same may be considered on merits in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
