This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order declaring the Notice in U.C.No.25/2015/Circle-V, dated 13.01.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent, as illegal, void and set aside the same."

At the hearing, Mr. Kakara Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.1634 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
