THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 3227 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing building permission to the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of the Writ Petition, his building permission is released and the petitioner has also constructed building and that therefore no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
