THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CRP.No.907 of 2014 ORDER :

This Revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dt.13.01.2014 in I.A.No.329 of 2013 in O.P.No.637 of 2011 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, granting interim maintenance of Rs.6,000/- per month to respondent. 2.

Such orders have been held to be appealable under Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by a decision of a full Bench of this Court in Kode Kutumab Rao v. Kote Sesharatnamamba[1].

In this view of the matter, granting liberty to petitioner to prefer an appeal to the impugned order, this Revision is dismissed as not maintainable. No order as to costs.

4. The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the counsel for petitioners immediately.

5. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any in this Revision, shall stand closed.
