OFFI CE NOTE 04.01.2024 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2024 (for being mentioned) This application is filed seeking permission to post this petition under the caption 'for being mentioned' to enable the petitioner to seek correction/clarification of the order dt.02.01.2024 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.12351/2023.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that this Court on 02.01.2024 granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner subject to conditions. In the said order, inadvertently, at para - 6(1) the police station name is wrongly typed as 'Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, D.D., Hyderabad' instead of 'Station House Officer, Bheemini Police Station, Mancherial District'.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to correct the Police Station name in the 2nd line of para 6(1) as 'Station House Officer, Bheemini Police Station, Mancherial District.', and issue corrected copy of the order.
