THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25794 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.22914 of 2017, dated 12.07.2017, and a copy of the said order is also placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"The 2nd respondent - Ramagundam Municipal Corporation, Peddapally District, is directed to consider the applications submitted by the petitioner under Building Regularization Scheme, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Till decision is taken on the said application, the respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps in respect of the subject building." Following the above said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. However, it is made clear that the petitioner herein shall not make any further construction. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
