O R D E R

Aggrieved by the alleged action of the respondents in proposing to widen the existing canal passing through the subject land of the petitioners without following the due process of law, the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondents are not undertaking the work of widening the canal, passing the subject lands of the petitioners.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to approach this court as and when necessity arises in future.

No order as to costs.
