Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On the previous dates of hearing also i.e. 25- I 12024, 02- 12-2024, 09.12.2024, I 6.1 2.2024 and 23. I 2-2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

In view of the same, this Court is ol the view thar the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed. I lowever, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of the Writ Petition within the period of limitation as applicable for restoration, in the event the cause in the Writ Petition survives for adjudication.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending il any shall stand closed. No costs.
