This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order in I.A. No. 148 of 2015 in O.S.No.99 of 2011 passed by III Additional District Judge, Anantapuramu.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the main suit i.e., O.S.No.99 of 2011 pending passed by III Additional District Judge, Anantapuramu, has been disposed of on 15.06.2015 and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
