The present Civil Revision Petition is filed on 28.8.2015 questioning the order dated 22.7.2015 in I.A. No.525 of 2015 in O.S. No.87 of 2012 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, East Godavari District.

In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
