This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents disconnecting the water connection to connection No.024247191, H.No.2-41/A, now 13-2-41/A to W as illegal and arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of Section 90 of the HMWS&SB Act, 1989 and against the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.6463 of 2007, dated 08.01.2008 and consequently to direct the respondents to restore the Water Supply to connection No.024247191, H.No.2-41/A, now 13-2-41/A to W, Sainagar, Chaitanyapuri, Hyderabad.

2. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Sr i T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that as on today, there are no dues in respect of the petitioner's water connection No.024247191, H.No.2-41/A, now 13-2-41/A to W, Sainagar, Chaitanyapuri, Hyderabad and the petitioner is getting water supply. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
