HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 29801 of 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the delay and inaction on the part of the 1st respondent in considering the application dated 09.05.2018 submitted by the petitioner for issue of Pattadar Passbooks and title deeds in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.0.83 cents in Sy.No. 48/ 1, and Ac.1.69 cents in Sy.No. 259/ 4 of Papayeepalle Village, Bestavaripeta Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made a representation on 09.05.2018 for issuance of Pattadar Passbooks and title deeds pertaining to the lands referred to above, no action has been taken by the 1st respondent so far. 3.
It is represented by the learned Government Pleader that if the petitioner is entitled to, his representation will be considered in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, directing the 1st respondent to examine the representation dated 09.05.2018 submitted by the petitioner for issuance of
Pattadar Passbooks and title deeds pertaining to the schedule lands, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three to five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
