THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1939 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 29.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.212 of 2016 in O.S.No.290 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, at Mancherial. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing of the petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
