ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.23201 of 2016, dated 15.07.2016. The said writ petition was filed challenging the show cause notice of removal from service dated 16.6.2016 issued by the respondent-Depot Manager. But, by the date of passing of the order on 15.7.2016, it appears that the respondent passed an order on 11.7.2016 removing the petitioner from service. In the circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings challenging the order dated 11.7.2016. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
