This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 29.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.1756 of 2012 in O.S.No.568 of 2008 on the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge at Rajahmundry. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.568 of 2008 on 16.02.2018. In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
