THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.198 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C seeking to withdraw O.P.No.2100 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Darsi, Prakasam District. Heard both sides.

At the time of arguments, both counsel in one voice submitted that the O.P. may be transferred to Family Court, Ongole. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case.

In the result, this Tr.CMP is allowed, O.P.No.2100 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar and transferred to the Family Court, Ongole for trial and disposal in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Tr.CMP, shall stand closed. __________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
