This Contempt Case is filed challenging the order dated 16.08.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20667 of 2016. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondent that the order of the Division Bench, in W.A.No.803 of 2016 dated 08.09.2016, is stayed by the Supreme Court in SLP (C).No.32016 of 2016. In the circumstances, the Contempt Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law after disposal of the case by the Supreme Court.
