On the last occasion, when this A.S. came up on 16.02.2017, there was no representation either on behalf of the appellants or respondents. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for orders'.

Learned counsel appearing for 7th respondent is present. Despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for orders', none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Hence, it indicates that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the case.
