This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court passed in WP No.36337 of 2013, dated 12.12.2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing the Contempt Case, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected and, in view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the Contempt Case.

3. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
