It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by way of proceedings in Lr.No.76/TPS/SZ/GHMC/2018 dated 4.9.2018, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation passed order in compliance of the orders of this Court. It is further requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that opportunity may be given to the petitioner to question the above said order by filing writ petition afresh.

In view of the same, the contempt case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to assail the above said order passed by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, if he is advised to do so. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
