HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3211 OF 2015 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order, dated 27.07.2015, passed in I.A.No.929 of 2014 in O.S.No.187 of 2008 by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati.

2. Though, a request is made on behalf of the learned counsel for revision petitioner for adjournment, but, the case status report placed by the Registry would show that the suit in O.S.No.187 of 2008 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati, was dismissed with costs of 17.12.2015, whereas the present revision petition was filed on 11.08.2015. Therefore, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

3. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
