Learned counsel appearing for petitioner filed a letter dated 20.12.2016 before the Registry, seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach this Court in the event of rejection of his claim.

Permission is accorded granting liberty as sought. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
