No representation on behalf of the appellant on 10.10.2017 and 31.10.2017. Learned counsel for the respondents present. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant even though the second appeal is listed under the caption "For Dismissal". It appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the second appeal.
