THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.14243 of 2017 ORDER:

Mr.Mehar Srinivasa Rao, counsel for petitioner does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty of the Court to challenge the permissions granted in favour of respondent No.3. He further prays for continuation of interim order till 01.04.2018.

Mr.I.Koti Reddy, reluctantly agrees for continuation of interim order upto till 01.04.2018.

The writ petition is disposed of by this order: The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition and liberty is granted to challenge the decision of the 2nd respondent in a properly instituted proceeding. The interim order granted by this Court on 21.04.2017 is agreed to be continued till 01.04.2018. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
